As KUR\u00c7EL\u0130K MAK\u0130NA, the projects we have realized with Starwood Entegre<\/strong>, one of the leading companies in the wood industry, have been one of the important examples of our strong cooperation in the sector by combining our long years of experience and innovative approach. In these projects, we aimed to develop highly efficient, modern and sustainable solutions that will contribute to Starwood’s production processes.<\/p>\n

The basis of our cooperation is to increase the production efficiency and quality standards of Starwood Integrated’s facilities by designing special machinery and system solutions for their needs. In this context, we have implemented different projects for various stages of production lines. Especially the transportation<\/strong>, feeding<\/strong>, storage<\/strong> and sorting<\/strong> systems used in chipboard, MDF and OSB production processes are in KUR\u00c7EL\u0130K MAK\u0130NA’s area of expertise and we offered efficient and durable solutions of these systems in these projects.<\/p>\n

We have also carried out important projects for Starwood Integrated in areas that require advanced technology such as pneumatic lines<\/strong>. These lines optimize material handling in production processes, saving labor and increasing overall efficiency. These solutions, which we developed to increase Starwood’s production capacity and reduce energy consumption, contributed to increasing the company’s competitiveness in both national and international markets.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

An important phase of the project was the improvement of the automation<\/strong> systems in the production lines. As KUR\u00c7EL\u0130K, we have adopted innovative approaches to further digitalize production processes and increase the level of automation within the scope of industry 4.0 solutions. This not only increased production speed and capacity, but also made a major contribution to reducing operational costs through energy efficiency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

These projects have once again demonstrated KUR\u00c7EL\u0130K MAK\u0130NA’s deep knowledge and innovative vision in the sector. In this cooperation with Starwood Entegre, we have successfully integrated high-capacity and functional machine systems in accordance with international standards, and achieved significant improvements in the company’s production processes. With these projects, Starwood has taken more solid steps towards its future growth targets, while KUR\u00c7EL\u0130K has strengthened its position as a reliable solution partner on a global scale in woodworking machinery and system solutions.<\/p>\n

As a result, the projects we realized with Starwood Integrated not only provided short-term solutions, but also further strengthened the foundations of our long-term cooperation, reflecting our innovative and customer-oriented approaches in the sector.<\/p><\/p>\n\n
